Welcome to the cafe Brasserie Blazer .
Brasserie Blazer stands for a traditional menu with surprising elements. Many of our dishes originate in French brasserie cuisine. Of course, our chef makes sure to make the connection to modern times so these classics are varied regularly with local or seasonal dishes. Our menu is ever-changing, but favourites such as our home made apple pie and our confit de canard are here to stay. In summertime, you may enjoy your drinks on our canalside terrace. Aside from extensive dinners you can also grab a quick bite before you visit one of the many theatres like the newly opened ‘ nieuwe de la mar theater ‘ in the nearby Leidseplein area.
Lunchtime? Of course, Brasserie Blazer is the place to be. Throughout the week you can combine your lunch with a visit to the Amsterdan Antique Centre, the largest arts and antiques market in the Netherlands or enjoy a walk in the fancy Negen Straatjes shopping area or the Jordaan.
Groups of up to +/-50 people for dinner and up to +/- 70 people for drinks or a walking dinner are very welcome in our brasserie.
